Collections
Save products, keywords, and suppliers into named groups as you research. Collections keep full metrics, charts, and tables so you can browse saved items later. Data syncs across devices.

Overview
Save products, keywords, and suppliers from any research tab using the "Save to Collection" action. Research results are session-based, but collections persist across sessions, devices, and accounts.
Saving to a Collection
The same flow works everywhere: select items, click Actions, pick a collection.
Select items
In any research table (products, keywords, or suppliers), click the checkboxes next to the items you want to save.
Open the Actions dropdown
Click Actions in the toolbar and choose "Save to Collection". A picker dialog appears.
Pick or create a collection
The picker has two options:
- Select an existing collection from the dropdown
- Create a new collection by typing a name (up to 100 characters)
Only one can be active at a time. Selecting an existing collection disables the create input, and typing a new name clears the dropdown selection.
Save
Click the Save button (it shows the count, e.g. "Save 5 products"). A confirmation toast appears with the collection name. Items are saved with all their current metadata.
Browsing Collections
The sidebar has a Collections section with three categories. Click one to see your saved collections.
Collections List
Each collection row shows a thumbnail, name, item count, and last-modified time. Collections can be organized into collapsible groups (e.g., by niche or research phase). A search box at the top filters by name, and you can select multiple collections with checkboxes to delete in bulk.
| Element | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Thumbnail | Cover image (products/suppliers) or icon placeholder (keywords) |
| Name | Collection name |
| Item count | Number of items (e.g., "47 products") |
| Last modified | Relative time (e.g., "Today", "1d ago", "5d ago") |
Collection Detail
Click a collection row to open it. The main area shows saved items using the same layout as the original research tab:
Products with data older than 30 days show a stale indicator. Use Refresh in the toolbar to pull updated metrics.

Managing Collections
Click the three-dot menu on any collection row to rename or delete it. Groups work the same way. Deleting a group doesn't delete its collections; they become ungrouped. Inside a collection, you can remove individual items without affecting other collections or the source data.
Best Practices
How to organize your research effectively.
- One collection per niche. Create separate product collections for each niche you're evaluating ("Yoga Mats", "Dog Leashes", "Kitchen Scales"). Keeps comparisons clean and makes revisiting a niche straightforward.
- Save as you go. Research results from Market Research and PPC Research are session-based, but collections persist. If you close the modal, your saved items are safe.
- Use groups for research phases. Group collections by where you are in the process ("Exploring", "Shortlisted", "Ready to Source").
- Refresh stale product data. Product collections save a snapshot of metrics at the time you saved them. If you revisit weeks later, click Refresh to pull updated revenue, BSR, and pricing.
